Krista Anderson Ross, ND

Dr. Anderson Ross completed her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at National University of Naturopathic Medicine in 2002, and has maintained a clinical practice in Oregon where she focuses on women’s hormone health and sleep.  Dr. Anderson Ross is also a staff physician at Labrix, where she has reviewed thousands of salivary hormone and urinary neurotransmitter results and enjoys advising doctors on treatment options for their patients.

Dr. Anderson-Ross is a frequent presenter on adrenal and hormone health, sleep, and the neuroendocrine connection for Labrix at their events around the country. Additional recent presentations include the 2017 American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) convention, in 2018 at  National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) Grand Rounds, and Lafayette College in Easton, PA.  Dr. Anderson-Ross’s article “Sleep: The Emerging Science and its Clinical Implications,” was published in Naturopathic Doctor News and Review (NDNR) in March 2018.  She has been interviewed on radio and podcasts on the topics of adrenal and hormone health and weight loss.

Aimee Duffy, MD

Dr. Duffy is the owner and Medical Director of Carolina Integrative Medicine in Clemson
South Carolina where she and her staff provide patients with an environment and services
that assist them in achieving optimal health. Dr. Duffy is dedicated to providing each patient
with the time and attention their unique health situation requires. As a result, Dr. Duffy
insists on utilizing the latest technology in an integrative manner through sophisticated
testing and treatment strategies. Her goal is to develop a partnership with her patients
empowering them to maximize their vitality and improve their quality of life. Carolina
Integrative Medicine and Dr. Duffy serve a population of both men and women who are
willing to take the steps necessary to achieve optimum, life-long health.
Dr. Duffy grew up in Boulder, Colorado. She attended the University Of Texas School Of
Medicine in San Antonio, earning her medical degree in 2003. She completed her residency
at Seneca Medical Associates in conjunction with Oconee Memorial Hospital. There Dr.
Duffy was recognized by the Upstate AHEC, in celebration of Women in Medicine Month as “an outstanding role model for women in medicine”.

Dr. Duffy joined Seneca Medical Associates, became board certified in Family Practice and began seeing a general population of patients including geriatrics, pediatrics, obstetrics andwomen’s health. In 2007 Dr. Duffy joined Oconee OB-GYN Associates where she had a full Obstetrics and Gynecology practice including nearly one hundred deliveries per year. After seeing hundreds of gynecology patients Dr. Duffy realized that many of these women required more than what conventional medicine could offer. She began utilizing new diagnostic tools such as saliva testing to more precisely serve her population of patients with bio-identical hormone replacement. This led her to treating thyroid issues and adrenal dysfunction as well as dysbiosis and advanced cardiovascular issues. In autumn 2011 Dr. Duffy opened Carolina Integrative Medicine. During her 15 years in medical practice, Dr. Duffy has become increasingly interested in the concept of patient wellness as an integral part of a general medical practice. Dr. Duffy is a member of the American Medical Association, the South Carolina Medical Association, and the Oconee Medical Society as well as the American College for Advancement in Medicine, the North Carolina Integrative Medicine Society, and the International Association of Medical Thermographers. She is certified in Restorative Medicine, Advanced Hormone Balancing, and Interpretation of Thermal Imaging. Dr. Duffy lives Clemson, South Carolina with her four daughters. She enjoys cooking, baking, outdoor activities, beach vacations and is an avid tennis player.

Lylen Ferris, ND

Lylen Ferris is a naturopathic physician with a degree from the National College of Natural Medicine (now NUNM) in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Ferris completed a residency in advanced women’s health and gynecology at the NCNM clinic where she oversaw patient care and as well as taught gynecology and clinical education classes.  Dr. Ferris has developed curriculum and presented at numerous integrative and alternative health conferences, including the Institute of Women’s Health and Integrative Medicine. She currently sits on the advisory board of Functional Medicine University.

Erin Lommen, ND

Dr. Lommen is a licensed Naturopathic Physician and is enjoying her 30th year of clinical family practice and health optimization utilizing naturopathic medicine. Hormone balancing, adrenal revitalization and neurotransmitter optimization are three cornerstones of her success in clinical practice. She was a clinical investigator for a successful 5‐year study through the NIH (National Institute of Health) on chronic disease. Dr. Lommen has taught as an associate professor at NCNM (National College of Naturopathic Medicine) for 10 years. She is the co‐author of the popular book: Slim, Sane and Sexy; Pocket Guide to Natural, Bioidentical Hormone Balancing. Throughout the past decade, Dr. Lommen has presented at national and international conferences on a multitude of topics. Television interviews include both local and national stations, most notably CNN. Dr. Lommen is committed to pioneering new neuroendocrine solutions in the area of addictions.

Brandon Lundell, DC, APC, DABCI, IFMCP, Dipl. Ac., NE, CAC

Dr. Lundell has been practicing and teaching integrative health and medicine for over 15 years. His approach to patient care empowers patients to take their health back by understating the cellular, dietary and lifestyle origins of disease. He uses laboratory, physical and history findings to uncover the source of ill-health and organ system dysfunction. His practice style is truly integrative – taking the best western medicine has to offer and combining it with the most effective natural – first therapies.

Jay Mead, MD, FASCP

Jay H. Mead MD, FASCP, is a board certified pathologist (AP/CP), who made the leap into integrative medicine in 1998 and has never looked back! Pam Smith, MD, MPH, MS

Pamela Wartian Smith, M.D., MPH, MS spent her first twenty years of practice as an emergency room physician with the Detroit Medical Center and then 24-years as an Anti-Aging/Functional Medicine specialist.  She is a diplomat of the Board of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Physicians and is an internationally known speaker and author on the subject of Metabolic, Anti-Aging and Personalized Medicine. She also holds a Master’s in Public Health Degree along with a Master’s Degree in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine.
